How many characters can I convert per month?
It depends on your subscription plan. Free users have a limited monthly quota. Premium and Pro plans offer significantly higher limits. You can check your remaining quota in Settings → My Subscription.
Which languages and voices are supported?
Speechy supports English, Vietnamese, and several other languages via Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. Open the voice picker when creating a document to see all available options.
My purchase isn't being recognized. What should I do?
Go to Settings → My Subscription and tap Restore Purchases. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your Apple/Google account email and order ID.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings and cancel from there. You will retain access until the current billing period ends.
My document isn't converting. What's wrong?
Check your internet connection and make sure the document is not password-protected. Very large files may take a moment to process. If the problem continues, try splitting the document into smaller parts or contact support.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your documents are processed securely and are only accessible to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
